Accepting office on a rural district advisory committee
176.3A person shall accept office on a rural district advisory committee by taking the oath of office or making the affirmation of office in accordance with subsection 58(1) on or before the first meeting of the rural district advisory committee held after the person is elected or appointed, as the case may be.
